for payment in advance as most providers do.
Instead we give you ample opportunity of 7
days to try out our services and support and
completely satisfy yourself before you pay
for the same. So to-date we have a
perfect record of no refund request
by any client and a 100
percent renewal of
contract every year.
Our refund policies are as follows
For shared hosting:
Full refund within first 7 days of usage.
After 7 days no refunds will be issued.
For reseller hosting: Full
refund within first 7 days of usage. After
30 days no refunds will be issued. Payment
via credit card will be taken on an
automated recurring basis. If you wish to
discontinue then you would need to intimated
us before your card is charged ie the date
of commencement of your hosting contract
every month.
Domain registration : No
refunds will be issued.
Web certificates : No
refunds will be issued.
